Kaylee
Office Manager
Kaylee brings energy, organization, and compassion to everything she does. Kaylee has been in the dental field since 2019, starting her career as a Surgical Dental Assistant and transitioning to the role of Office Manager in 2026. She is dedicated to creating positive experiences, whether she helps patients feel comfortable and cared for. In addition to managing the office, Kaylee is also the Assistant Director of a local dance studio. She values building strong relationships with patients, students, and their families. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her dog, Shay, and being with her family and friends.
Pam
Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Pam joined Orchard Park Prosthodontics in 2015 as a receptionist, bringing with her many years of experience in the dental field. She quickly transitioned into office management, where she enjoyed the variety and challenges that come with wearing many hats. Over the years, Pam has witnessed many changes in dentistry and has always embraced the opportunity to learn and grow. The most rewarding part of her work has always been connecting with our patients, getting to know them, and helping them feel comfortable and cared for.
Recently, Pam transitioned to a part-time role and is enjoying this next chapter of life. Outside the office, she loves spending time with family and friends, making herself available for her adult grandchildren, and babysitting her younger grandchildren a couple of days each week. Pam also enjoys gardening, reading, pickleball, and golf.
Shannon
Patient Care Coordinator
As a receptionist, Shannon enjoys creating a welcoming experience and helping keep things running smoothly. Outside of work, she is a homesteader at heart who loves spending time in the garden, caring for her ducks and geese, and exploring the outdoors with her fiancé, Dylan, and their two huskies, Nala and Aspyn. Whether she is at the front desk or on the homestead, Shannon values hard work, kindness, and building meaningful connections.
Danielle
Patient Care Coordinator
Danielle is one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you visit our office, she enjoys helping patients feel welcome and ensuring their experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mom who loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Whether she is enjoying the outdoors, shopping, or making special memories with the people she loves, Danielle values the connections and moments that bring joy to everyday life.
Ellyn
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ellyn graduated from SUNY Erie Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2013 and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy smiles ever since. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and strives to make every visit as comfortable and positive as possible. Outside the office, Ellyn teaches fitness classes and enjoys staying active. In her free time, she loves taking walks with her little Yorkie, Jayla, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Amie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amie has been a registered dental hygienist since graduating in 2009 and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while achieving healthy, confident smiles. Amie lives in Hamburg with her husband, Michael, and their son, Alexander.
Living with Type 1 diabetes since 2012, along with supporting their son after his diagnosis at age five, has deepened her passion for health, wellness, and patient education. These experiences have reinforced her belief in the importance of prevention and compassionate care.
Outside the office, Amie enjoys reading, skincare, cooking nutritious meals, and spending quality time with her family. Amie is grateful to be part of a profession that allows her to build lasting relationships while helping others improve their oral and overall health.
Alicia
Lead Dental Assistant
Alicia has been a dental assistant since 2003 and loves helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. She enjoys getting to know patients and being part of a team that helps create healthy smiles.
When she’s not at the office, Alicia loves spending time with her family, travelling, hiking, and hanging out with her dog, Max.
Victoria
Dental Assistant
Victoria has been bringing warmth, expertise and a welcoming smile to our practice since 2022. As a dedicated dental assistant, she loves working alongside the doctors and making patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.
Outside of the office, Victoria stays busy as a proud mother of 3 kids, as well as caring for her pet bird and pet hamster. When she isn’t working or spending time with family, you can find her hunting for vintage treasures while antiquing and thrifting or catching live music.
Ketzylyz
Dental Assistant
Ketzylyz is a Dental Assistant who brings skill, attention to detail, and a friendly approach to our prosthodontics team. Originally from Puerto Rico and a graduate of SUNY Erie, she’s committed to helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit. Outside the office, Ketzy enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and their lively household of pets, including four dogs, two cats, and a bird. Whether she’s supporting patients or relaxing at home with her loved ones, she brings kindness and positivity to everything she does.
Caitlin
Digital Lab Technician
Caitlin has been part of the dental laboratory field since 2021 and loves combining technology with dentistry. She works behind the scenes creating digital restorations using intraoral scans and 3D printing. When she’s not in the lab, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors, whether she’s hiking, camping, tending to her garden, or spending time with her dogs and chickens.
